Netrefer

Brand ID

NetRefer doesn't use Brand ID, however we've built an in-house solution for Voonix clients that can be used as long as you have brand specific marketing sources. Then you can split your stats with a quick set up:

Add your Advertiser and Advertiser Login for your NetRefer brand. Do an import so you have all your stats and marketing sources in Voonix.
Go to Advertiser Logins and click edit (under options) for you NetRefer account. Click the button Brans split button. Pick the campaigns/marketing sources linked to your NetRefer brand and click Add.

Voonix will now only import stats from the connected campaigns/marketing sources.

Netrefer API

You can only use the Netrefer API system, if you have the API/XML feed enabled for your account.

Brand ID

The Brand ID is the brand name from your Brand figures report.

Brand ID Extra

Brand ID Extra is their "tenantName" which is normally their programme name. The "tenantName" for https://affiliates.playamopartners.com is "playamopartners". And for https://affiliates.betfair.com it's "betfair". If that doesn't work, you need to ask your AM about the "tenantName".

Key 1

Go to XLM Feeds in the menu and create your key. Add the key to Key 1 in Voonix.

MyAffiliates

Brand ID

The MyAffiliates Brand ID is the brand name used in your reports.

Go to Reports and choose Show Brands in the column settings:

Click display report; you should now see "Brand" in the table.

The name in this box is your brand IDs/names. In the example above the brand ID would be "Voonix Brand"

Simply copy and paste this into Voonix "Brand Identifier".

Key 1 and Key 2

Key 1 and Key 2 are automatically generated within MyAffiliates for OAuth2 access, and extracted into Voonix. This will happen with the first import run.

NOTE: if you have CAPTCHA enabled in the loginpage, Voonix can't autogenerate the keys, and you have to find them and add them yourself:
Go to Account --> Authorisation --> Create a new client for Voonix --> the Client identifier is Key1 in Voonix and the Client secret is Key2 in Voonix.

Income Access

Brand ID

Income access has a brand id, or as they call it "merchant id". In order to find this, log into one of your affiliate accounts.

First thing we need to do is find the menu called "API Reports", if you can't find it don't worry. You can still access this page by adding "/Members/DataFeedManagement.asp" to the end of the affiliate base url.

For now we can ignore the top box with API key and iprange. We need that later when creating the actual login/account in Voonix.

On the bottom part of the page, you will find a box with the feed url and options. First select the brand/merchant you want to add to Voonix.
Next click on the "Generate" to generate a feed url. Now we need to find the brand id. You should see a part of the url looking like this "reportmerchantid=NUMBER". Copy the number (only the number) and paste it into "Brand identifier" in Voonix.

Note: If you want all brands combined into one, you can use 0 as the merchant id.

Key 1

Omarsys

Brand ID

After logging in go to "Media". In the top there is a dropdown with brands. Click it and you should see a list of brands. We need that exact text into Voonix as brand id.

Note: It is very important that this is correctly and with correct uppercase/lowercase letters.

Brand ID Extra

In order for Omarsys to work we also need a brand id extra. This is the base API URL.

You can contact your affiliate manager or have a look at our list below for some of these.

EGO

Brand ID

To find an EGO brand id you need to use a little help from your modern browser. We suggest using Google Chrome or Firefox for this.

Note: if you can't find it, you can contact your affiliate manager for brand ids, or contact us at Voonix.

After you've logged into the system on the reports page, there are two ways of finding it. Option 1 is easier and faster, and option 2 requires a little more work with the browser.

The first option is straight forward, in the reports page hover your mouse over the brand name just below "Choose product". In the bottom left corner of your browser a little javascript info box should show.

The box would look something like this: "javascript:switchBrand('d_branda_agg2');void(0);"
We need to take the brand name in bold and paste into Voonix. In this example the brand id would be "branda" for "Brand A".

Option 2: inspect using the browser

Mexos

Go to Statistics → Go to Report By dropdown and pick Merchant → Click Run Report → Brand ID is the brand name used in your reports.

Brand ID Extra & API Key 2

To find an Mexos Brand ID Extra and API Key 2 you need to use a little help from your modern browser. We suggest using Google Chrome or Firefox for this.

Go to Statistics → Right-click somewhere and click Inspect → Click Run Report → Go to the Developer tool and click Network → Click “atOnce” in the code → Click Headers or Payload → Scroll to the bottom in the Developer tool → Expand “report:” → “Campaign ID” is API Key 2 and “id” is Brand ID Extra → Paste the numbers into Voonix

Most of Egass systems uses a brand id.

After logging in you should see "Account overview". Select the brand in the brand option.

In Egass a new popup window should show. In this find the field called "brandid=NUMBER" and copy only the number into Voonix.

EveryMatrix

Brand ID

Go to Media Reports --> Select brand in the brand filtering option --> Right click somewhere and open the incpect tool in your browser --> Click Search (generate you report as normal) --> Click Network in the inspect tool --> Find the Form data section --> Brand ID is the number after "brand:".

Sarah Enterprises

Sarah Enterprises doesn't use brand id. Simply add the normal required fields, and the advertiser login.

You find the Brand ID Extra with help from the Inpect Tool/Developer Tool in your browser.

Login to your account --> Right click somewhere and click Inspect --> Click Network --> Click one of the outputs in the Network window --> Click Headers --> You will see a URL in the top: "https://www.yetiaffiliates.com/client/api/v1/yet/tracker-stats..."

The parameter you see after ".../api/V1/" is the Brand ID Extra to add in Voonix. In the example "yet".

If you have multiple brands on your account, you can split your stats by using brand ids.

Go to Reports in the menu → Click Media Report → Go to Breakdown by and choose Brand → Click Run report → The brand id is the brand name listed in your report. E.g “AllWinsCasino” or “LordOfTheSpins”

SoftSwiss

Note: When adding your deal in Voonix, add the correct REV % as we only get NGR + ALWAYS set the currency to EUR for your account. All data is converted to EUR in their API, so we always get the numbers in EUR.

Brand ID

You can find the Brand ID by going to your Reports --> Statistics and pick the brand in your filter options. Go to the buttom and click Filter. You can now find the Brand ID in your browser URL: "/report?brand_ids=6"". In this example the Brand ID for N1 Casino is 6.

API Key

SoftSwiss API key can be found under Reports --> Statistics and then by clicking the button Export Report --> select XML or JSON:

Your browser will now open a new window. In the end of the URL, you find the key. You need to copy the combination of letters and numbers from "token=" into key1 in Voonix.

Go to the Affiliate section --> In the bottom of the page you see your Affiliate Statistic Feed Link --> Find the key/token in the url. Copy the combination of letters and numbers following "token=" into key1 in Voonix.

Quints.io

Brand ID

Brand ID in Quints.io can be two different types: a number or the brand name.

Brand ID number: If you do see the merchant id in the Statistics retrieval API section use the number after "merchant=" in the link. On the Dashboard you can switch between the brands in the top left corner. Select the brand before you go to the Statistics retrieval API section.

Brand ID name: If you don't see the merchant id in the Statistics retrieval API section (as mentioned above), use the brand name from your report:

Multiple Brand IDs: If you are using lettered brand IDs you are now able to add multiple to brand ID. You can do so by comma separation like so "NG,BR,JBCL". Note: This does not apply to the numerical IDs in which case it wont work.

Brand Extra & API Key

Go to Tracking links and then Statistics retrieval API. The url in the begging of the link is the API url you add in Brand Extra.

Your API key is the serie of numbers and letters from "token=" and until "&". Add this to Key 1 in Voonix.

Note: Sometimes the Statistics retrieval API module isn't enabled. Then you need to ask your affiliate manager to enbale this on your account.

Gofiliate

Go to Reports - Stats Breakdown --> Rigtht click somewhere on the page and open the Inspect tool in your browser --> Select the brand and click the blue "Run Report" button --> Go to the Inspect tool and click Network --> Click "stats-breakdown" in the Name section --> Click Headers --> Under "Form Data" you find commission_id which is your Brand ID.

Active Wins

Brand ID

Go to Reporting --> Find the "Vendor" drop down --> Right click and open the Inspect tool in your browser --> Find the list of brands in the code (you might need to expand som sections in the code) --> Brand ID is the "data-value" number next to the brand name in the code.

Matching Visions

API Key

For getting your Matching Visions stats in Voonix, you need to add an API key in Key 1. This is hidden on your account, but you can access your feed page by adding ?p=export-feed to your browser url while logged in to your account.

Note: Due to the many different deals and CPA values, all income will be placed in revshare income in Voonix.

Raven

Brand ID

The Brand ID is the exact name from your report.

Go to Reporting and click Account report. Find the brand name in the Vendor dropdown. Add the exact brand name as Brand ID in Voonix.

You can add multiple brand ids separated with comma.

Note: Import will fail if the Advertiser currency or Advertiser login currency doesn't match your reports.

Post Affiliate Pro

Brand ID (*Special)

Post Affiliate Pro doesn't use Brand ID, however we've built an in-house solution that can be used as long as you have brand specific marketing sources/campaigns. Then you can split your stats with a quick set up:

Add your advertiser and login as normal. Run an import so Voonix imports all data and campaigns from the account. Then go to the login in Voonix and click Edit. Click Brand split in the top and select the campaigns you want to tag/link to the login + Click Add.

Now Voonix will only show you data from those tagged/linked accounts. You can also do this brand split setup from our Campaign module.

Note: Due to the data we get from the API, clicks will be slightly lower than the reports, signups can't be imported and Revshare income and CPA income will be mixed in the REV Income column in Voonix.

You can use Brand ID to split your stats. Use the exact brand names from your report as Brand ID in Voonix.

Go to Reports and Earnings Report --> Select Group by Brand and open the filters and select the brand in the brand filter option --> Right click somewhere and open the Inspect tool in your browser (before running the report) --> Click Submit button so your report show --> Go to the Inspect tool and click Network --> Click "dynamic-report-new/" in the Name section --> Click Payload --> Find siteid under "Form Data".

You can add multiple brand ids separated with comma in Voonix.

When you login as publisher, you see this pop up where you are asked to select program. The last 5 numbers in the ID is the numbers you add as Brand ID Extra in Voonix. In this example the Brand ID Extra is "21567".

You can split your stats by Advertiser/Merchant in Voonix. For this you use the Advertiser ID as Brand ID: Click Publishers Report --> Click the Advertiser filter option --> Find the Advertiser in the list and copy the ID number. You can add multiple Brand IDs by separating them with comma.

Brand ID Extra

Brand ID Extra is the two letter country code from your Publisher Report section and this is required. You can add multiple countries by adding them to Voonix separated by comma. E.g. "FR,DE,GB,NL,BE".

Key 1

Key 1 is the API Key/API Token from your account. Click your profile name it the top right corner and click API Credentials --> Fill out your password and click Show my API token:

Key 2 is the Publisher ID: Click Publishers Report --> Click the Publisher filter option --> Find the Publisher in the list and copy the ID number in Key 2 in Voonix. You can add multiples Publisher IDs by separating the keys/IDs with comma.

Note: if you have multiple brands in one account, you can still split your data in Voonix with our in-house solution that can be used as long as you have brand specific marketing sources/campaigns:

Add your advertiser and login as normal. Run an import so Voonix imports all data and campaigns from the account. Then go to the login in Voonix and click Edit. Click Brand split in the top and select the campaigns you want to tag/link to the login --> Click Add. Now Voonix will only show you data from those tagged/linked accounts. You can also do this brand split setup from our Campaign module.
